The CREAM professional should ensure that any workplace solution enhances the three levels of connectivity. The levels are:

a Workplace connectivity: the connection between the office occupier and their working environment.

b Building connectivity: this relates to the way that people move around the building.

This also includes the physical location of the building.

c Organisational connectivity: this includes the systems, technologies, procedures and protocols used to maintain connection with people when they are not working in the office environment. LO.1
