This requires a degree of flexibility in terms of production, warehousing, and transportation. However along with greater supply flexibility, there is greater risk of increased costs (as the scale of production becomes less efficient). Therefore, do you think that logistics should primarily focus on the needs and requirements of end consumers, or do you think that the prime goal of logistics is to distribute the product as cheaply and efficiently as possible?

(In other words, do consumers primarily seek out low prices or convenience and reliability?) Do you think that there is a way for a logistics company to balance both of these goals, or are they mutually exclusive?
