2. Investigate the demographic characteristics of the student body at the university at which you are studying or once studied. Do you know of any AVAN students who attend or attended school with you? If so, is their AVAN background visible? Do they “pass” at times? If this person is a close friend or acquaintance, discuss their heritage and experiences with them.
