In Exercise 13 of Chapter 1 the half-lives of aminoglycosides were listed for a sample of 43 patients, 22 of which were given the drug Amikacin. The data for the drug Amikacin are reproduced in Table 4.6. Use these data to determine a 95% confidence interval on the true mean half-life of this drug.
