from the drop-down list at the top of the dialog box. Use the list on the left to select “Weights” for the next box, and check the box marked “Perform hypothesis test.” Then, place your cursor in the box marked “Hypothesized mean:” and enter .5 as the test value.
Finally, use Options and the drop-down menu marked “Alternative hypothesis:” to select “Mean  hypothesized mean.” You can change the default confidence coefficient of .95 (95.0) if you wish. Click OK twice to obtain the output in Figure 10.24.
