d. The standard deviations of the average age of vessels are 7.1903 for East Asia, 2.3570 for Southeast Asia, and 5.8088 for West Asia. Do the standard deviations agree with the interquartile ranges with regard to the comparison of the variabilities of the average age of vessels?

e. Is there evidence of outliers in any of the three distributions?
