14. Everyone who makes decisions makes some mistakes; the trick is to learn from them. Divide the class into teams and let each team member present one mistake he or she has made at work or in school, such as missing a deadline or appointment or misunderstanding some instructions. Discuss what the team can learn from each mistake, and choose the one mistake from which every member agrees he or she learned the most. Let each team present the winning mistake and list the lessons they drew from it.
