Using the Internet, find a company with an affirmative action policy and review the policy.
Using the test set forth in Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Pena and EEOC guidelines, determine whether the affirmative action policy would withstand a legal challenge. Why or why not? Also make a list of information not available to you on the company’s website that would assist you in better determining the legality of its affirmative action policy.
