The agreement said Izabella “may not perform any construction or renovation without Radisson’s approval, except for routine maintenance and repair.” Izabella did renovations. Radisson terminated the franchise. Izabella protested that installing new carpeting and drapes in some rooms made the place better so caused no harm. Could Radisson terminate? [Izabella HMC-MF v.
