The maximum of M1 and M2 available are 120 and 270 hours respectively but raw materials R1 and R2 cannot be procured below 330 and 156 units on economic grounds. Man and machine hours as also the units of the two raw materials needed per unit of products A and B along with the profit margins allowed per unit of the two products are given in the following table.

Production of none of the two must exceed 25 units per day due to limitation of space. Given that the data pertaining to input requirements and availability refer to a typical day of production, formulate the problem and solve it graphically for optimal product-mix. (M Com, Delhi, 2008)
