How do they demonstrate it? How can you most effectively reduce any negative influence they may have, directly or indirectly, on your spending behavior? Make a similar list of five individuals who do, or you believe would be willing to, most encourage you to live frugally and make progress toward your goals. How do those individuals demonstrate that behavior and willingness? How can you most expand your interactions with them, strengthen their influence on you, or both?
