Group A takes Statistics for Public Administration; there are 10 students in this group. Five suffer breakdowns before midterm. The 15 students in Group B take Sensitivity Training for Public Managers. Four students in this group suffer breakdowns. Is there a relationship between breakdowns and class assignments? Present a hypothesis, a null hypothesis, and evaluate them.
