Because some of the expected counts are less than 5, we should combine some groups. For this question, combine all the people who are 30 years old or older in one group and all the people who are less than 30 years old in another group. Show your new table.
Then test the new table to see whether there is an association between the variables, using a significance level of 0.05. Assume that this is a random sample from the population of all future and past swine flu victims.
