I have a degree in Business Administration, with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and experience in the area of ??administration, budgeting and human talent management. In the same way, I have previous university technical studies in the area of ??accounting and administration. I have developed my professional career within the administrative area associated with the budget, accounting, administration and management and development of human talent. In the same way, I develop in the academic area as a university teacher, teaching courses such as Fundamentals of Administration, ...  Organizational Behavior, Human Management and leadership and organizational motivation, among others. I consider myself a proactive, analytical man, adaptable to change, versatile, organized, responsible, capable of teamwork and achievement-oriented. With high ethical principles of honesty and professionalism. I enjoy learning and I am satisfied to be able to impart and share knowledge in the development and training of professionals.
