Who am I?
I've always been a math person. In high school, I scored a perfect 800 on the math section of the SAT. In fact, I scored 800 as a sophomore on a PSAT pretest that I took on Day 1 of an SAT prep elective class. I also won first place at the district-wide Math Field Day all three years that I entered. I started teaching math in Thailand in 2012. Since then, I've taught various types of math ranging from algebra to calculus to students ranging from 7th grade to 11th. I taught Algebra 2 and Honors Precalculus and performed all associated duties including lesson planning, grading, and test writing. I participated in department meetings. Francis Parker school is a prestigious private school with a high expectations, which I believe I lived up to. I worked with a diverse group of students, including those with unique learning needs. I offered one-on-one instruction to any student who sought it and provided multiple approaches to each type of problem.

I taught 8th, 10th, and 11th grade mathematics. I was responsible for all test writing and much curriculum design. I communicated effectively with my mostly-Thai group of students. I consistently kept wide-open office hours and offered one-on-one instruction to any student who sought it. I developed tools for the math department using Excel and other technologies.
