I have 7.5 years of industry experience in the area of information technology. My expertise includes training and development, grooming, knowledge transfer, project management. The technology domain keeps updating at every phase of time, so it's very important for me to be in sync with the latest trends and release. As a matter of fact, I go through a lot of articles, emails, blogs etc. At the same time, I have to pass this info to our trainee and newcomers constantly. I give a lot of strength in training, teaching and grooming classes. I personally believe that interest or passion for somet... hing lies in proper guidance and constant motivation so that a freshman starts to believe in himself or herself. As far as the field of information technology is concerned, it's not just enough to know one technology and live the rest of your life working on that. We have got to be competitive at every level and that's true even for someone who has freshly out of college and join a tech firm. You need to know what's happening around you if you want to leave an impact. A famous proverb says "question could be stupid but the answer must be there". I try to ensure while taking classes that students should question whatever they have in their mind. I am here to resolve all the issues you are facing.
