My name is Rithika Shenoy. I have always believed that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and create a positive impact on society. Growing up, I was fortunate to have access to quality education, which laid the foundation for my academic and professional journey. This belief in the transformative power of education has been the driving force behind my dedication to learning and my commitment to helping others achieve their educational goals. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in [EIE] from [RNS University]. My undergraduate years were marked by a deep engagement wi... th my field of study, participation in various technical projects, and an active involvement in extracurricular activities. These experiences not only enriched my technical knowledge but also honed my problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team After completing my BE, I pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in [EV] from [RGIPT University]. My postgraduate studies provided me with a deeper understanding of advanced concepts and methodologies in my field. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on several research projects, publish papers, and present my findings at conferences. This period of intense academic and research activity solidified my expertise and fueled my passion for continuous learning and innovation. While my professional achievements have been fulfilling, my true passion lies in making a difference in the lives of others through education. I firmly believe that access to quality education should not be a privilege but a fundamental right for everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background. This belief has driven me to dedicate a significant portion of my time and resources to coaching and mentoring students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Over the years, I have volunteered with various non-profit organizations and community initiatives focused on education. I have designed and conducted tutoring sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs aimed at bridging the educational gap for underprivileged students. These initiatives have helped students improve their academic performance, gain confidence, and develop essential life skills. The joy and satisfaction of seeing these students succeed have been the most rewarding aspect of my journey.
