Project Description:
Create infrastructure pipelines and application pipelines using Azure DevOps for onboarding applications to Microsoft Azure and writing Azure Functions where ever required.
Role & Responsibilities:
JIRA user stories are created by the cloud architects and I discuss and take them up after
discussion with our scrum master.
Update the scrum master on the current work items and its progress in daily stand up
meetings.
Create infrastructure pipelines and application pipelines according to the architecture using
YAML and ARM Templates in Azure DevOps.
Demo the created pipelines and run them in front of the clients and if there are any
suggestions, I modify them accordingly

Fixing different kinds of bugs on the Azure DevOps (Both on-premises and Deployed). I
have mainly fixed the accessibility bugs on the search service and few backend issues on
search service.
Role & Responsibilities:
Tasks will be assigned anonymously, and we need to work on them.
Those tasks are bugs that need to be fixed like UI bugs, accessibility bugs, test cases failure
etc.,
Analyzing the Daily Report that is generated on search service so that all the scale units are
up and running. Using KUSTO to check the logs and analyzing them.
Creating the PRs (Pull Requests) after fixing the bugs and getting approvals to merge it to
master branch
Solving the community channel (Stack Overflow, Microsoft QnA, Teams channels etc.,)
issues for developers who use Microsoft Graph API or SDK in their application. Also setting
up the process by creating Automations using Logic Apps.
Role & Responsibilities:
Picking the issues on different community channels like Stackoverflow, Microsoft QnA etc.,
Creating samples (C#, Java) in our local machine, register the application in Azure Active
Directory and adding required permissions according to the client requirement.
Resolving the issues without loosing SLA or escalating it accordingly.
Handling the escalations from different channels like Worldwide Communities.
Testing the issues thoroughly using POSTMAN & Graph Explorer
Reading the logs of an issue in Microsoft Graph Logs tool that shows all the scopes, accounts
and other details.
Making sure there won’t be any downvote or escalations in other ways.
Used to join graph office hours sometimes for pending issues.
Setup and onboarding different channels for issues to create work items in Azure DevOps
using Logic Apps.
Maintaining the Logic Apps and adding new features like removing SLA on weekends etc.,
