What are the features of Apple's iPhone 6 that appeal most to customers? To answer this question, researchers collected data on customer opinions and published the results in Decision Analytics (October 2015). The opinions were extracted from a sample of 552 tweets obtained from the social media site Twitter.com. (Any tweet that referred to "iPhone 6" was eligible for selection.) The tweets originated in four cities: San Francisco (138 tweets), New York (182), Los Angeles (89), and Chicago (143).
