Yesterday, Norton Corporation’s board of directors appointed Lucy Varden as the new president and chief executive officer. This morning, Ms. Varden presented to the board a list of her management team members. The vice presidents are Zachary East, regional operations; Joshua Vines, research and development; and Erica West, chief financial officer. Reporting to Mr. East are the directors of American, European, and Asian operations. Reporting to Mr. Vines are the directors of the Houston, Seattle, and Charlotte laboratories. Reporting to Ms. West are the controller and the treasurer.
