You are working as an employee in the field of accounting. As an employee, you are faced with many challenges and decisions, both easy and hard that make up your working day. On most ordinary work days, you are faced with ethical choices in which a well thought-out plan is desirable, rather than a quick or hasty choice. The paper is based on both that problem and the ethical choices that you must consider to reach a logical solution. Directions pose a common problem that may come up at your workplace: 1. how should I proceed so as not to discredit myself and the practice? 2. Does loyalty to colleague outweigh responsibility to the company? Describe the problem at length, taking care to mention any pitfalls, ethical problems, or eventual negative outcomes that may result if the problem is not dealt with. Then, come up with at least two solutions for your problem to report on.
Discuss in detail about the pros and cons of each of the solutions and then compare and contrast them to each other using research to back up your claims. Either solution should not challenge conventional ethics or law.
