Which do you personally like best in terms of its practical application to leadership and its implications for leadership? Pick one and tell us what leaders can extrapolate from this theory to make them more effective leaders.
2. The leadership triad consists of the leader, the follower, and the situation. Only recently has followership theory been examined. Just like we all have leadership roles and opportunities, we are all followers at various times in our personal and professional lives. Look at the Potter and Rosebush Followership Model on page 321.
