A survey of customers done two years ago revealed that only 65% of them felt they had had an enjoyable experience. A survey of 400 visitors, done after the upgrades, indicated that 282 of them felt they had had an enjoyable experience. Does this provide any evidence that the upgrades improved visitor enjoyment?
