Computing the Fog Index

Your Task.
As an in-class project or for homework, do the following:
a. Compute the Fog Index for Activity 6.2 (Document for Analysis) before you revise it.
b. Revise the letter reducing its length and improving its readability. Eliminate redundancies, wordiness, and trite expressions. Use simple, clear words. Shorten sentences.
c. Prepare a clean copy of the revised letter.
d. After revision, calculate the Fog Index.
e. Compare the before and after versions and discuss their readability.
