Overview
Students must devise a strategy by which the marketing VP obtains a market strategy whereby operating profit may reach a target of 25 percent of sales and at the same time to achieve a sales percentage at par with world-wide figures for Rabipur. To accomplish this he must first do a SWOT analysis to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of the company and use them to take advantage of the opportunities in the market and work around the threats.
