It is 7:00 in the morning and all seems right with the world. Mr. Browning leaves his house, walking his children and their dog to the car, which is parked in the drive. What he does not know is that a woman is sitting in the rusty Dodge parked across the street, watching him intently. When she sees Browning’s easy gait and cheerful mood, she turns on her video camera. Browning drives to school, and Video Woman follows.
