James Ferguson operates "11-E Auto Sales" in Jonesborough, Tennessee as a sole proprietorship. In 1999, Consumer Finance Co. issued a policy to "Jim Ferguson, Jim 11-E Auto Sales" covering "Owned Autos Only."
