Explain what was done in the experiment using the terminology and concepts in this chapter. Discuss the extent to which you agree with the conclusions drawn by the authors of the study and of the news story. Include a discussion of whether a cause- and-effect conclusion can be drawn for any observed relationships and the extent to which the results can be extended to a larger population.
