Re-create the assignment problem spreadsheet for Flynn Boot Company, described in Example 8.7 and Figures 8.9 through 8.11. While your for matting does not have to be exactly the same, your spread-sheet should work the same. Specifically, the user should be able to change the weekly capacity (Ci), weekly demand (Dj), or shipping cost (Cij) values and generate a new solution using Excel’s Solver function. Test your spreadsheet by seeing whether you get a new solution when Atlanta’s ware house capacity changes from 20,000 to 15,000. Make sure your answers match those in Example 8.7.
