Stoney was a supplier of crushed stone to the building industry. He had one competitor, which he purchased. Stoney then refused to supply crushed stone to HiRise Co. because of a disagreement that he had with the owner personally. Because HiRise could not get any crushed rock from Stoney, it caused HiRise to abandon his contracts and he eventually filed bankruptcy. HiRise now alleges an antitrust injury because of Stonys boycott. Is he able to recover from Stoney for his injury?
