Select a well-known company, search the Internet for its most recent annual report, and then answer the following questions.

a. What is the company’s name?

b. What classes of share capital has the company issued?

c. For each class:

1. How many shares are authorized, issued, and/or outstanding?

2. What is the par value?

d. What are the company’s retained earnings?

e. Has the company acquired treasury shares? How many?
