In communication the result of the audit to the audit committee, the auditor shall cover the following matters with the exception of:

(a) Signifcant accounting policies and practices

(b) Critical accounting policies and practices

(c) Critical accounting estimates

(d) The overall audit expenses

(e) Signifcant unusual transactions
