Thinking about other aspects of the job that may be particularly important to you, what might some of these items be? If such items were included, how might your score have been affected?
3. To what extent do you believe that your score on this questionnaire is likely to change as you move into new positions over the years? Do you expect it to become higher or lower in the future? Why?

In the space to the left of each, write the one number that reflects the extent to which you are satisfied or dissatisfied with this particular aspect of your present job. Express your answers using the following scale: 1 = very dissatisfied 2 = dissatisfied 3 = neither satisfied nor dissatisfied 4 = satisfied 5 = very satisfied 1.
