Buffet lines Perhaps you too have the following experience when picking up dinner from a buffet, where you can serve yourself exactly what kind of food you want. At the end of the meal, people find there is food on their plate they have no interest in eating. This is puzzling: if people were able to correctly predict their preferences, all the food would get eaten. Use the concepts of
