: Pick an organization (preferably your own organization) and apply the metamorphosis exercise to brainstorm the decisions, analytics, and data necessary to support your organization's business metamorphosis. As always, it is more productive and more fun to do this exercise with a small group. Maybe fly someplace cool (like Las Vegas, Austin, Charles City, or Nashville) to put everyone in the right frame of mind!
