State University asks students to file an application to graduate one term before they actually plan to graduate.

The application lists the courses the student has already had and those he or she will take in the last term. Your office reviews the lists to see that the student will meet the requirements for total number of hours, hours in the major, and general education requirements. Some students have forgotten a requirement or not taken enough courses and cannot graduate unless they take more courses than those they have listed.

As your instructor directs, Write form e-mail messages to the following audiences.
Leave blanks for the proposed date of graduation and specific information that must be merged into the message:

a. Students who have not taken enough total hours.

b. Students who have not fulfilled all the requirements for their majors.

c. Students who are missing one or more general education courses.

d. Advisers of students who do not meet the requirements for graduation.
