Subject: Complaint The section on the back of the employee newsletter referred to Mindy Kelso and me as “the girls at the front desk.” We are not “girls,” and we don’t see why our gender was even pointed out in the first place. We are customer service representatives and would like to be referred to that way. Write a response to Tonya Freira. Also, draft a message to your staff, reminding them to edit newsletter stories as well as external documents to replace biased language.
