12. Proposals for Sponsored Research to the Government, Foundations, or Inside School Groups. Some schools and universities follow a basic format when submitting proposals for sponsored research, either to the government, to private foundations, or even to inside school groups. If your school has an office that helps with preparing such proposals, speak with a member of that office and determine (1) the recommended inclusions in an academic research proposal and (2) some reasons for acceptance or rejection of a proposal. Present to the class, in an oral report complete with some visual aids, the results of your findings.
