Find a job announcement for a position of interest to you. Using Figure 16.2 as a guide, do the following:

A. Group and categorize the key abilities and attributes that are being sought.

B. Describe your fit with these abilities and attributes.

C. Explain how you can compensate for abilities or attributes that you have not yet fully developed.
