In his article "Is This Ethical?," Sam Dragga (1996, 257) poses a scenario in which a technical communicator reporting a company's sales figures to investors designs a line graph in reverse chronological order to make a trend of decreasing sales look like one of increasing sales. The designer does, however, correctly label the years. Using the heuristic, identify at least two types of ethical problems raised by this scenario.
