A group of University of Guelph students decided to look more closely at a niche market to try to address waste issues. Green World Solutions (GWS) was created by Kwasi Danso, Jonathan Wolff, and Ashley van Herten, who recognized that in order to make a difference to the environment, consumers must become collectively account able for their actions. GWS has aligned itself with the patent holder of a revolutionary additive that makes plastic biodegradable and has begun discussions and pricing strategies for manufacturing a variety of household Items.
