No matter where you live, you have probably eaten Hershey's chocolate products before. However, did you know that every product you purchase contributes to the Hershey School? Founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, the school was originally dedicated to educating orphan boys. In 1918, Milton Hershey donated almost his entire for- tune to a trust for the school-the Hershey Trust Company. Today, the school serves needy children from preschool through high school. The school is supported in part by Hershey stock (the trust holds the largest block of Hershey shares), and this is where you and the performance of Her- shey come into play.
