The nonprofit group Children NOW has testified before the FTC advocating for a ban on interactive advertising to children. Commercial Alert advocates for a ban on all junk food sales in schools.

a. Put each of these strategies for limiting commercial speech through the Central Hudson test outlines in the IMS case at the beginning if this chapter. Would either one be constitutional?

b. Working with a partner or a small group, determine what kind of information you would need in order to justify a regulation of junk food advertising under Central Hudson.

Then try to write a law that would pass that test.
