Fish prices. A study to investigate the average price

(in Malaysian ringgit) of fish was conducted in the states of Kelantan and Selangor in Malaysia. A list of prices for fishes of similar type and weight selling in both these states for a particular month was collected. The table below shows the average monthly price of fishes in each state.

Are the mean prices significantly different? Assume that the assumptions for inference are satisfied.
