A binomial GLM πi = Φ(∑j βj xij) with arbitrary inverse link function Φ assumes that niYi has a bin(ni, πi) distribution. Find wi in (4.27) and hence cov͡ (β̂). For logistic regression, show that wi = ni πi(1 – πi).
