Hi i am PhD student student at IISER Mohali where i am studying the root development patterns in Arabidopsis

For addressing my research question i used many biomolecular techniques such as Restriction digestion cloning, gateway cloning, CRISPR-cas9 for genome editing of Arabidopsis, qRT-PCR, confocal microscopy, Robotics , yeast one Hybrid, yeast two hybrid, Bi-fc, e.tc. Before joining IISER Mohali as Integrated Phd student i qualified many national exams such as IIT-JAM 2017, JNU combined entrance exam for biotechnology, DU MSC zoology 2017 entrance exams and i did my bachelor form RAMJAS College university of Delhi in 2017 after this i joined as Int-PhD student at IISER Mohali after completing two year course work now i am regular PhD student
