Restore the file Boston Catering

a. Create a standard profit and loss report for the month of August 2010 removing the date prepared, time prepared, and report basis from the header.

b. Export the report created in (a) to Excel in a manner similar to that used in the chapter.

c. Print the resulting Excel worksheet with gridlines and row and column headlines.
