(Diversity and discrimination) Boeing Co. settled a lawsuit for $15 million brought by its own African-American workers claiming discrimination in pro¬ motions. On the heels of that decision, a group of Asian workers, also claiming discrimination in promotions, filed suit against Boeing. Similar sto¬ ries make headlines in the financial press nearly every day.
