Reginald Langley, corporate vice president for UniProduct, a large multinational corporation, made a request for a review of the corporation's recycling management system. The review was assigned to Fiona Brooks, a senior internal auditor.

The recycling management system was introduced eight years ago and has been modified and enhanced periodically. James Dunley, director of resource management, designed the original system and currently manages it.

Suggest ways that Brooks can clearly communicate the results of her audit to Langley and Dunley.
