a. Identify the activities to prepare a meal, serve a customer, and clean up after the meal has been served.

b. For each activity you list in requirement (a), assign a value from 1 (= no value to you as a customer)

to 5 (= essential to you as a customer). For example, does your team consider it important to be greeted when you arrive, be provided clean tablecloths, and be served a salad versus serving yourself at a salad bar?
